Argosy Scarf, underway...

I decided that since I was going to go to Chris's Softball game that I would start the Argosy Scarf while I watched.

I like it so far, the pattern is really easy to follow and simple enough to do.  The reason for the scarf is, I tried to pick a lace type shawl project without going overboard on the lace part of it for my first shawl, and since this pattern also had a scarf with the same sts, I thought I would try the scarf first to see if I like the pattern before I dive right into a large shawl.

And well, As you can see, I haven't frogged it yet...lol...and really i don't plan on it, the pattern is really quite simple.  It can even be done while chatting a little with the other wives at the Softball game.

I am working this scarf on a small US #6 Bamboo Circular.  I did buy myself a new 47" US #6 Addi Turbo Circular for the shawl, but I decided after a few rows of the skinny scarf that my new Addi was just a little too large for this little project...lol...but I did try it out for a few rows.

Very cool pattern. I am not brave enough to try that one yet. Very pretty. I would love to see the finished product.
